I'm always looking for ways to boost my metabolism. I found this article on apple cider vinegar and it has a couple of recipes. I never thought to put the ACV on sweet potato chips. I made them and they were delish. I make my own sweet potato chips often and this is a good way to get more ACV in my diet.
Another great way to get the metabolism going is to drink Matcha green tea. It has so many health benefits and tastes great. I like putting it in smoothies too. I wrote a review for Matcha DNA Green Tea on my other blog The Elements of Review. You can read the review here.
